Rather than automatically returning unpaid any insufficient funds items that you may have, we will consider, without obligation on our part, payment of reasonable overdrafts.

Overdraft Privilege
Can Mean...

• Fewer charges from retailers for returned checks
• New convenience and flexibility in managing your funds
• Payment of OVERDRAFT UP TO $750
  ($300 on Freedom Checking accounts) will normally be considered.

We will charge our normal non‑sufficient funds or overdraft charge, as set forth in our fee schedules, for each item that would create an overdraft on you account. We will continue to notify you by mail when an overdraft occurs.

Of course, we are not promising to pay overdrafts and some restrictions do apply. This service is ALWAYS A DISCRETIONARY SERVICE. Our Overdraft Privilege Service does not constitute an actual or implied agreement between you and us. Nor does it constitute an actual or implied obligation of or by us. This service represents a purely discretionary courtesy or privilege that we may provide to you from time to time and which may be withdrawn or withheld by us at any time without prior notice or reason or cause.
