As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our daily lives, we want to assure you that Panola National Bank is diligently working to be proactive and minimize any disruption of providing banking services to our valued customers.

We have implemented aggressive precautions to prevent the spreading of this potentially deadly virus for the well-being of our customers and employees.  Effective Monday March 30th, our bank lobbies in Carthage and Marshall will remain closed until further notice.  We will continue to have our drive-in facilities open at both locations with the following hours:

Carthage: Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

Marshall:  Monday thru Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Since our bank lobbies will be closed, we will be suspending the opening of any new deposit accounts.  Our lending staff will be available via telephone to answer any questions concerning new or existing loans.

Accessibility to safety deposit boxes will be handled by appointment only.  We apologize for this inconvenience, but drastic situations require an aggressive response.

We want to remind our customers that you can utilize our convenient digital banking options to avoid public interactions.  Panola National Bank offers a variety of ways through on-line banking, our mobile app, and remote deposit capture to access your accounts and manage your money from the comfort of your home or workplace, 24 hours a day.  Our ATM's in Carthage and Marshall are also available 24 hours a day.  If you have a problem with your PNB debit card or internet banking, please contact us at 903-693-2335 or 903-938-4400.
